📦 Replacement Eligibility

Product Condition

At Emiravaly, we ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition.
However, if you receive an item that is:

You are eligible for a replacement.

⏱️ Timeframe

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests within 7 days → Free replacement
  • Requests after 7 days → Additional charges may apply

🔁 Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Clear video proof of the issue

In some cases, our team may guide you to resolve minor issues without return.

📦 Step 2: Return (If Required)

If the product is confirmed faulty, you may be asked to return it in:

  • All accessories included

Option B – Pickup Service

  • We arrange courier pickup
  • Replacement delivered within 14 working days
